Customized items are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

Return Procedures

Items must be unworn and unused, and include all tags, parts, and accessories.  To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in carpeted areas.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Instructions

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging

  • Please include packing slip or return form inside return package

  • You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package (allow up to 7 days for in-house processing). Allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit
